Help & safety

The Deciding Coin is a game. The coin settles small everyday choices, like what to eat or whether to go out. It isn’t made for decisions that could seriously affect you or someone else.

Questions the coin won’t answer

When a question touches one of these topics, the coin doesn’t flip. You see who can help instead.

  • Suicide, self-harm or distress
  • Violence, abuse or weapons
  • Alcohol, drugs or impaired driving
  • Health, medication or pregnancy
  • Crime, legal trouble, gambling or debt

Questions are stored without any name or account, so the coin can reuse good answers. Your recent decisions stay only in your own browser. To write the reasons, questions are sent to an AI service. Please don’t type personal details like names, phone numbers or addresses.
